At ThriftByRifa, we use Pickup Mtaani as our primary delivery method to ensure affordable and reliable deliveries for our customers.
How Delivery Works:
During checkout, all customers are required to indicate their Pickup Mtaani pickup point in the box labeled “Pickup Point (Pickup Mtaani)”.
This information is mandatory to avoid delays or failed deliveries.
If a pickup point is not clearly indicated, we may contact you for clarification before processing your order.
Delivery Schedule:
All deliveries are made every Monday.
Orders placed after the weekly cutoff will be scheduled for the next delivery Monday.
Delivery Fees:
Delivery fees vary depending on your location.
The applicable delivery fee will be confirmed at checkout or communicated to you after order confirmation.
Customers Outside Our Delivery Zones:
If your location is outside our Pickup Mtaani delivery zones, please contact us directly via WhatsApp or our Contact Us page.
You may use your preferred delivery provider, and delivery costs will be handled based on that provider’s rates.
Customer Responsibility:
Ensure your phone number and pickup details are correct.
Be available to pick up your item once it arrives at your chosen Pickup Mtaani location.
